Andrew Allen: Director

Andrew specializes in buying quality property for investors and home owners in Brisbane and South East Queensland. His intimate knowledge of the suburbs of Brisbane gives him a distinct advantage when it comes to tracking down the perfect investment property or home within your budget. Andrew quickly realised his skill set was much more varied than being just a buyers’ agent, so he went about diversifying his business to encompass other areas of the real estate world. Property management was the next logical step.

Rental Guardians was firstly started as a support business for clients of Allen Real Estate and has grown into one of Brisbane’s premier property management companies with a very solid reputation and a mainly customer referred client base. He knows that property management is more than just collecting rent, organizing maintenance, and finding tenants, it’s about getting the most out of your investment! That’s why Rental Guardians properties are consistently rented above market value. It’s all about achieving your financial goals.

Andrew formed Rental Guardians as its own brand and identity with a view to having a company that focuses 100% on the management of property. His willingness to provide the best possible rental management service available has helped to build a loyal customer base that is eager to refer their friends and family. He has had great success in building this brand into the highly respected company it is today.


Virginija Allen: Office Manager

Virginija has worked along side Andrew in her role of Office Manager, growing and supporting the staff and  business to ensure that our clients needs are meet and exceeded.  Virginija’s main duties involve Team Leadership, Supervising and working with the Property Managers, Problem Solving, Recruitment, Trust Accounting, Data Management, Key Audits and Control and most importantly Landlord and Creditor Disbursements.


Susann Kosar: Accounts and Property Administrator

Susann is an experienced Property Manager  who has been employed with Rental Guardians since March 2015. Susann’s background whilst not limited to includes both working in the Social Housing sector and Trades and Services. Susann’s key responsibilities include  Rent Receipting, Reception, Daily Banking Reconciliations, Front Office Housekeeping, Office Administration,  Assistant to Property Managers, Lease Renewals, Data Management, Arrears, and Vacate Administration.


Fiona Glendenning: Property Manager (Maintenance)

Fiona commenced with Rental Guardians in July 2016  and now works in our maintenance department. Fiona has worked extensively in the trades and services industry for 20 years. Fiona brings with her fantastic organisational, administrative and management skills which ensures that your maintenance is handle with the utmost care and professionalism in a timely manner. Fiona’s key responsibilities are to work closely with the creditors and trades to ensure the maintenance is performed in a cost and time effective manner with positive results for all parties involved. This assist to make the process as stress free as possible for our clients.
